Festival del Pensare Contemporaneo

Il Festival del Pensare Contemporaneo è una rassegna multidisciplinare annuale che si svolge a Piacenza, concepita come spazio di dialogo intergenerazionale per affrontare le sfide della società contemporanea. La terza edizione si terrà dall'11 al 14 settembre 2025 con il tema "Vite svelate", esplorando la vulnerabilità umana come forma di consapevolezza e resistenza. Il festival coinvolge centinaia di relatori tra filosofi, scienziati, artisti e intellettuali in numerosi eventi distribuiti in diversi luoghi della città. Promosso dal Comune di Piacenza e dalle principali fondazioni locali, è curato da Alessandro Fusacchia con direzione filosofica di Andrea Colamedici.

Antonio Zappulla is CEO of the Thomson Reuters Foundation, the corporate foundation of the global news and information services company. Through news, media development, free legal assistance and convening initiatives, the Thomson Reuters Foundation combines its unique services to advance media freedom, raise awareness of human rights issues, and foster more inclusive economies working as a strategic player in the international development space. In 2022, Antonio was named an Official of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic for "merit acquired by the Nation in the fields of public service, social, philanthropic and humanitarian activities". In 2019, he was named a European Young Leader by Friends of Europe, and in 2018, ranked first in the OUTstanding list of LGBT+ Executives (public sector/philanthropy) published by the Financial Times. Giornalista di origini mantovane, vive a Roma e lavora nella sezione Esteri della redazione del canale all-news RaiNews24. È stata inviata in alcuni tra i più caldi teatri di guerra del Pianeta e la sua attività le è valsa il Premio di giornalismo Maria Grazia Cutuli. Ha iniziato la sua carriera in Rai nella sede regionale della Lombardia e ha frequentato l'Istituto "Carlo del Martino" per la Formazione al Giornalismo.
