Sala della Vaccara

La Sala della Vaccara si trova nel lato nord del Palazzo dei Priori, nell’area ove sorgeva l'antica chiesa di San Severo. Fu realizzata attorno al 1339 ed è stata sede del primo archivio comunale. La sala si presenta con volte a crociera e costolature e al suo interno rimangono brani di affreschi raffiguranti santi protettori dei traffici commerciali e delle attività artigianali. Sulla parete di fondo è collocato un distacco di affresco raffigurante la Madonna con Bambino e Santi di Tiberio di Assisi (Scuola umbra del XV Sec.).

Paul Kolsby

Paul Kolsby is a writer, producer and director. He’s written the films City Unplugged and Spread, has developed numerous pilots for American television, has written for Masters of Sex, Law and Order: SVU and, most recently, he wrote and produced all four seasons of Netflix’s Ozark — for which he’s earned Emmy, Golden Globe, Writers Guild and Producers Guild Award nominations. His musical and non-musical plays have been performed around the U.S. and in Europe; he’s published long-form fiction and non-fiction and has contributed criticism and essays to national magazines and to The Los Angeles Times. He’s served on the faculties at U.C.L.A., New York University and The American Film Institute, and holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and NYU’s Tisch School. He lives in Paris.

Philippa Kowarsky

Together with partner Alesia Weston, Philippa Kowarsky designed the inaugural Floodlight edition. She curates the annual program and shepherds the development of the projects conceived at the Summit. Philippa is the founder of Cinephil, an international sales and advisory firm representing among others Academy Award nominated films such as Collective (2021), Flee (2022) and A House Made of Splinters (2023), Emmy winner Night Will Fall (2015) and Gunda (2020). She is the co-founder of Film Platform, an educational streaming service available in over 2,000 universities worldwide. Philippa also served as Lead Commissioning Editor for BBC Storyville.

Paul Radu

Paul Radu is co-founder and head of innovation at OCCRP. He founded the organization in 2007 with Drew Sullivan. He leads OCCRP’s major investigative projects, scopes regional expansion, and develops new strategies and technology to expose organized crime and corruption across borders. Paul initiated and led the award-winning Russian, Azerbaijani, and Troika Laundromat investigations, and coined the term “laundromat” to define large scale, all-purpose financial fraud vehicles that are used to launder billions of dollars. He is a co-creator of Investigative Dashboard — a research desk that sifts through datasets to help journalists trace people, companies, and assets — and the Visual Investigative Scenarios software, a tool that lets reporters sketch out the people, institutions, and connections in criminal networks so people can easily follow complex investigations.
